    I am interested in lag workout so when we say legday, do we mean a day in a week in which we focus on our legs or everyday. I heard about skipping leg day is bad and i thought whether legday is everyday or on a specific day of the week, english is not my first language

  7. I’m new to calisthenics and want to know if I need to eat in a surplus to add muscle or will newbie gains take affect still and build muscle? I’m not looking to get BIG but just add some muscle. Like an athletic muscular body type. And am really curious if I need to be a surplus to achieve that or if it’s only to pack on serious mass

  8. If you run 1 mile and if you walk 1 mile there wont be a difference between the calories burned. It might sound stupud but it's true. It's not about the speed, its about the distace. 1 mile walking is going to take you more time than 1 mile of running, but that does not mean that you will burn less calories. That is why high intensity or HIIT cardio is bullshit. If you walk for 60 minutes you will burn more calories than if you do HIIT for 20 (sprinting in that case). Even more so, studies have found that the afterburn effect of the longer cardio are more than the shorter, more intense one. So slow and long cardio is better, period!

  9. yes but how many times a week?In an older video you said something about 2 to 3 times a week but the work out lasted 30 min and now its 20 so should i do it like first thing in the morning every day?

  12. This guy got me into the best shape of my life with his training videos…have lost 20 pounds after 2 months and feel great with so much energy….I didn’t know how weak I was till I started doing this exercises…in the beginning I couldn’t last 2 minutes doing this…now I can go for 3/4 rounds 👍

  18. Walking and running the same distance will burn practically the same calories, stop lying to people. The reason people say running burns more calories they are referring to time not distance
